Why hire a coach?

Corporate life is not an easy ride. When you add relocation to a foreign country, maybe a language you do not speak, and cultural codes that are unknown, it can be a steep learning curve. As an executive coach, I help leaders being efficient in challenging settings. Team engagement and team motivation are paramount to the performance of the company. Having a coach by your side to make sure you are who you want to be every day can make a big difference.


Who am I?

When you want to talk to someone about your career, you naturally want to speak to someone wise, grounded, who can listen carefully with non judgmental curiosity and help you unleash the potential that lies within you.  

I was born and raised in Norway, so I guess I still bear some of the characteristics of my fellow countrymen: honest, direct and display of integrity.  My mother was french, and we spoke french at home, so I had a bicultural upbringing. 

My work brought my family and me to live in 5 different countries, and I have traveled and worked with colleagues on all 5 continents.  These experiences led me to understand how much humans have in common, and also how easy it is to forget about our different cultural backgrounds, which frequently leads us to misunderstandings and frustration.
