How can I help?

Coaching is a very efficient way to help you be who you want to be in your career.  Leadership requires different skills and attitudes today, that are not taught in school, and rarely on the job.

Having conversations with a coach will help clarify where you want to go and how to get there. Sometimes that also means letting go of how you do stuff today.  It’s not an easy journey, and the right support, tools and energy makes all the difference.

Team coaching:
Team members tend to focus on execution to reach financial objectives and do not realise they could be better performing as a team.

A couple of indicators: Does the team have a common purpose? Are they perfectly aligned?  Are they working individually or for the common goal? Does every team member have a voice on the team?

I use specific tools developed for team coaching by the worlds premier team coach, David Clutterbuck.

The leadership team of an Asian startup was struggling with decision making and implementation. 

Using the PERILL model framework, we were able to lay bare the symptoms the team was struggling with, the underlying reasons, and build a new work culture from there.

A company leader had to implement unpopular new processes that were imposed by headquarters. We worked on how to mend the relionships that seemed damaged.

One of my clients had a lot to deal with at the same time, and struggled with the stress related to that. We managed to focus on fundamentals that helped relieve the stress and move ahead.
